In July 2021, we launched the JUST Jobs Scorecard to the public as phase 1. In 2024, the Scorecard became part of the JUST Intelligence platform, necessitating a new comparison feature aligned with JUST Intelligence’s design system.
As a UX/UI Designer and Front-End Developer, I contributed to this phase 2 by creating a user-focused design that enhances usability and accessibility, while implementing development solutions that align with our design system to elevate the overall user experience.
Approach
For phase 2, as the Scorecard integrated into the JUST Intelligence platform, I ensured the new comparison feature aligned with JI’s design system. My approach centered on maintaining consistency while enhancing usability and accessibility, delivering a seamless and improved user experience.
Objective
Comparing Scorecard: The comparison page design has undergone a significant update to align with the JUST Intelligence design system, ensuring a seamless user experience. This new design not only preserves visual consistency but also enhances how information is presented. Users will now find a more comprehensive layout that offers in-depth details, making it easier to navigate and absorb a wealth of content without the risk of feeling overwhelmed. Ultimately enhancing their overall experience on the page.
The Scorecard Detail page offers two separate views: one for paid users and another for non-paid users. The design of both views is specifically tailored to allow for easy transfer into downloadable documents. This ensures that users can quickly grasp the content, regardless of the platform they are using.

Users can now seamlessly conduct comparisons across various data points, rankings, and the scorecard itself, all within a unified interface. This upgrade ensures a consistent and cohesive user experience within the JUST Intelligence tool, allowing for intuitive navigation and interaction. Additionally, the revamped design introduces an array of new features tailored to meet users’ evolving needs, empowering them to gain deeper insights and make more informed decisions.
Tooltips
The Phase 2 peer comparison scorecard now offers unlimited peer options for comparison. To enhance the user experience, we've introduced tooltips that provide easy access to definitions for categories, topics, data points, and scoring logic, simplifying the analysis and interpretation of peer data.
Filter by Topics
Users are now able to filter by topics within peer comparison tool. This is to helps users to straight get to the point when its neededUsers can now take advantage of a new feature in the peer comparison tool that allows them to filter results by specific topics. This enhancement streamlines the process, enabling users to quickly access the most relevant information they need, making their experience more efficient and focused compared to phase 1.

Data Point Benchmark
The scoring logic used in this industry is exclusively available to higher memberships. In a comparable manner, I have implemented a system that notifies users of the existence of certain data. However, accessing this information requires users to take specific actions to reveal it.
